Check in from 15:00 onwards. Check-out time is by 10:00.
Check-in prior to our check-in time of 15:00 may be possible but we cannot guarantee it. We will do our best to accommodate requests. If you wish to guarantee an early check-in please extend your reservation to include the night before your arrival. We will happily store your luggage for you if you arrive before your apartment is ready.
Each bedroom features either a king size bed or two single (twin) beds. Please specify your preference at the time of making a reservation (or at a later date prior to your arrival date).
A full array of appliances, cookware, utensils, dishes and drink-ware is available in the kitchen
Yes. We provide complimentary pick up and drop off services on your arrival and departure. Please note that you must contact us at least 3 days in advance so that we can arrange a driver. Pick ups and drop offs are only available between Hakuba Hokujo Chalet and Hakuba JR Station, Base Camp or Happo Information Center.
No, we are sorry but we do not have a designated personal driver for these kinds of trips. We recommend booking a taxi at the same time you book your restaurant due to the very short supply of taxis available in winter. Some restaurants offer a free shuttle service if you are booking in advance.
There is a Genki-go night shuttle bus in winter that goes around the resort passing by all the main restaurants and bars.
It is not possible to send luggage directly to the property, but you can send it to us. Please provide in advance full details of how many bags and the expected arrival date / time. In addition, when you send your luggage to us, please ensure you write the following things in the address label;
(1) the name used to book your accommodation
(2) check in date
(3) the property name
